sleep~~~

1. How does sleep effect your learning? 
 the sleep effect me recovery day's fatigue. and help me the next day more spiritual. Enough sleep can help me memory more thing.
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
 every night i always get sleep 7~8 hours. i think it's enough, but i was saw some Paragraph,there said i need sleep 9 hours. sometimes i feel tired in the morning, so i think i need more sleep in every night.
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
 after read it i think i need some change in my sleep, because my sleep time is not enough, i get sleep more time, and it will help me memory, and more spiritual.
